Jeisys - INTRAcel for Lifting and Tightening (2)

Jeisys - INTRAcel

Lifting and Tightening

Comparison on treatment mechanisms of Fractional and INTRAcel system

Treatment mechanism of Co2 Fractional

Light energy turns into thermal energy when the light reaches on a skin surface as shown in the picture.
The thermal energy spreads and expands its area from the irradiation spot to its circle surroundings.
Accordingly, the heated cells deliver the thermal energy and effecting damage to other cells around.
The more it gets away from the irradiation point the more reduced the thermal energy becomes.
Thus, the purse duration should be long or irradiation should be strong with short purse duration to reach the deep dermis.

Laser creates inverted triangle formation of thermal denaturalization.
Damages on dermis get bigger if laser emitted for a long time.
Furthermore, irradiating a strong high energy for a shot time will cause a burn and pain on epidermis
before transferring enough thermal energy to target area.
In conclusion, it is inevitable to allow much of thermal damage on epidermis to treat deep skin areas
by CO2 Fractional laser.
Treatment mechanism of INTRAce system
INTRAcel needle is insulated except 0.3mm of the end of the needle where the RF comes out.
INTRAcel is different from the laser because electro energy transforms into thermal energy.
The RF energy from the end of needle transfers energy from its point circle to nearby areas that causes  coagulation and denaturalization. During the insertion of INTRAcel needles to skin, epidermis will get  micro holes but will not get a thermal damage while RF energy is emitted. Thus, it could minimize the side effects of pigmentation and others.
Additionally, RF energy from INTRAcel produces enough thermal energy to denaturalize the cell,
and destroy the causes of acne, acne bacteria, and sebaceous gland. Penetrating medicines such as EGF,  Hyaluronic acid, Flacenta, copper-peptides, and fullerene would also be easier through the micro hole made during INTRAcel treatment.
